Naomi has a fundamental, bottom-up approach and a particular focus on ESG, which she strongly believes in. She is a CFA charterholder and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.

Gavin Rochussen, CEO, Polar Capital Holdings, said: “Naomi’s appointment is a welcome addition to the team and will provide additional depth and experience to the Emerging Market Stars Team. Her fundamental focus on ESG is core to the team’s philosophy and makes her a perfect fit for Polar Capital. Her investment approach is fully aligned with that of Jorry and the team, complementing their strategy.”

Naomi Waistell, Fund Manager, Emerging Market Stars, Polar Capital, said: “I am very pleased to be joining Polar Capital and the Emerging Market Stars Team, alongside Jorry.
