While fund management is the core of our business, Polar Capital’s culture is such that we do consider how we can make positive change to the world around us. We consider this at every level within the business; from recruitment, to our environmental impact, through to our impact on society as a whole. 

Consideration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues have also been part of the research and evaluation process used by Polar Capital’s fund managers for many years and incorporated in their assessment of the risks and opportunities facing companies in which they may invest.

Our teams are given freedom to interpret what this means for investors in each of the sectors or regions they invest, to find the best opportunities for growth.
